Ethara™ Orbit Creator Terms

Creator rights & contribution rules.

These Creator Terms explain how creators participate, retain ownership, receive credit, collaborate ethically, and move approved work toward marketplace or commercialization pathways.

1. Creator ownership

Creators retain ownership of their original ideas, code, models, content, designs, workflows, and project materials unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Submitting, linking, publishing, or displaying work through Ethara™ Orbit does not automatically transfer intellectual property ownership to Ethara.

2. Platform participation

  • Creators may build profiles, submit projects, connect tools, and showcase proof-of-work.
  • Creators must only submit materials they own or are authorized to use.
  • Creators must not misrepresent authorship, contribution, licensing rights, ownership, or project status.
  • Creators are responsible for keeping project descriptions accurate and current.

3. Credit and attribution

Ethara™ Orbit is designed to make contribution visible. Creator credit, collaborator roles, project history, and contribution signals may be displayed where appropriate.

Attribution may depend on project settings, creator submissions, collaboration records, marketplace eligibility, and applicable review processes.

4. Collaboration standards

  • Creators must respect collaborators, project boundaries, ownership claims, and contribution records.
  • Creators must not claim credit for work they did not create or have permission to represent.
  • Disputes over contribution or ownership may delay project visibility, review, marketplace access, or commercialization support.
  • Ethara may limit, suspend, or remove projects that appear misleading, harmful, unlawful, unauthorized, or disputed.

5. Use of external tools

Creators may connect or reference external platforms such as GitHub, Hugging Face, RunPod, applications, repositories, compute tools, or other approved services.

Creators remain responsible for complying with third-party platform terms, open-source licenses, software licenses, model licenses, data rules, and applicable laws.

6. Marketplace and commercialization

Marketplace access, licensing support, revenue-share opportunities, partner review, or commercial promotion may require additional approval and separate policy terms.

Approval for marketplace or commercialization support is not guaranteed and may depend on project quality, creator level, rights clearance, technical readiness, safety, and commercial fit.

7. Creator responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate project descriptions and ownership information.
  • Respect copyright, trademark, open-source licenses, model licenses, and third-party terms.
  • Avoid uploading confidential, stolen, unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized material.
  • Use external integrations responsibly.
  • Notify Ethara if a project becomes disputed or rights status changes.

8. Revenue recognition

Revenue opportunities may depend on project eligibility, creator level, marketplace approval, platform fees, licensing terms, or separate commercialization agreements.

Ethara’s goal is to support transparent revenue pathways where creator contribution, ownership, and platform support are clearly recognized.

9. Review, removal, or suspension

Ethara may review, limit, remove, or suspend creator access, profiles, projects, listings, or marketplace participation where there is misuse, fraud, rights violation, safety concern, security risk, or breach of these Creator Terms.

10. No guarantee of outcomes

Ethara™ Orbit may provide visibility, tools, review pathways, marketplace access, or commercialization support, but it does not guarantee funding, sales, licensing, partnerships, employment, revenue, or commercial success.

11. Updates

These Creator Terms may evolve as Ethara™ Orbit expands creator levels, marketplace access, integrations, review systems, and commercialization pathways.

Continued use of the platform after updates means the creator accepts the updated Creator Terms.

12. Contact

For creator rights, attribution, review, or project-related inquiries, users may contact Ethara™ Orbit through official platform channels.
